All EPD products are backed with a one-year warranty and free tech support Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., EST. We offer Gold 24/7 service plans for mission-critical solutions and Silver Enhanced service plans for customers who need expedited resolutions when a situation arises.

Support Plan Benefits Incude:

  • 24/7 service calls: If you call after hours, a technician will promptly return your call to help diagnose any issues.
  • Prioritization of service calls: If we are backlogged with service calls, plan participants receive priority service.
  • PlexCall Tracker: This utility allows theatre owners to view historical service times and calls. Next time you receive a complaint about service, you can review information pertaining to the offending call.
  • Product replacement: After speaking with a technical representative, should we be unable to repair the problem we will provide immediate replacement.
  • Reduced cost for on-site repairs: If it should be necessary to perform on-site repair, Gold plan participants receive travel fees at cost with no additional labor expense.
